2026 Summer Internship

Company Description

AMO Talent House is a boutique talent management agency representing creators, thought leaders, and public figures. We are career architects, strategically invested in our talent's full trajectory, from brand partnerships to the bigger moves that define their reputations. Genuine relationships, deep investment, and a focus on the whole personal brand aren't extras here; they're the foundation.

The Opportunity

AMO Talent House is a boutique creator talent management agency built on the belief that representation is a matter of intention. This summer, we're opening our doors to a driven, detail-oriented emerging professional who wants to learn what great talent management actually looks like from the inside.

As a Talent Management Intern at AMO, you'll work closely alongside our Talent Managers and Campaign Manager to support active rosters and live campaigns. You'll get real exposure to how deals are built, how creator relationships are maintained, and how a boutique agency operates day to day. This is a front-row seat to the business of talent.

What You’ll Learn & Do

  • Shadow Talent Managers through active campaign cycles and observe how deals are negotiated and managed

  • Support contact research, pitch list development, and roster organization

  • Assist with communications drafting and outreach preparation

  • Help maintain internal databases and campaign tracking tools

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to creative brainstorms

  • Gain hands-on exposure to creator-brand deal structures, deliverable management, and client communications

Who You Are

You're organized, curious, and genuinely excited about the creator economy. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room - you're the one who notices what needs to happen before anyone has to ask. You communicate clearly, take feedback well, and want to understand how this industry works at a foundational level.

You also bring:

  • Current enrollment or recent graduation in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field

  • Strong written communication skills and professional email etiquette

  • Comfort with research and organized, detail-driven work

  • A proactive mindset and genuine interest in talent management or influencer marketing

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Familiarity with creator platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) is a plus
