AMO Talent House was built because we were tired of watching the industry lose its soul. Representation had become mechanical. Creators are treated like content factories, not people building something that mattered. We created a different kind of house - one where partnership isn't just a pitch, where vision drives everything, and where every decision is made with purpose.
