TALENT MANAGER ROLE
Company Description
AMO Talent House is a newly launched boutique talent management house representing creators, thought leaders, and public figures. We are career architects, strategically invested in our talent's full trajectory, from brand partnerships to the bigger moves that define what they're known for. Genuine relationships, deep investment, and a focus on the whole personal brand aren't extras here, they're the foundation.
The Opportunity
We are building a collective of talent managers who think like strategists, operate like partners, and genuinely care about the people they represent. If you've been in this industry and felt like something was missing, the depth, the intention, the real investment in talent, this is what we're building.
As a Talent Manager at AMO, you'll grow and manage your own book of business with full autonomy over your roster, while plugging into a shared agency infrastructure, a pool of collective resources, and a team whose combined skills, relationships, and industry knowledge actively support your growth. You're building something that's yours, inside something bigger than you.
This is a commission based role with a generous split, structured to reward you directly for what you bring in and build. As AMO grows into 2027, we are actively planning to transition into a base salary plus commission structure for our team.
Who You Are
You don't just manage talent, you advocate for them. You think about the whole career, not just the next deal. You bring relationships, hustle, and a genuine point of view on what great representation looks like. You're self directed, resourceful, and excited by the idea of being part of something early enough to help shape it.
You also bring:
Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, entertainment, public relations, or a related field
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
A strategic mindset with the ability to spot opportunities others overlook
Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
The organizational ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns without dropping the ball
Comfort and confidence working independently in a remote environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
