AMO Talent House is a newly launched boutique talent management house representing creators, thought leaders, and public figures. We are career architects, strategically invested in our talent's full trajectory, from brand partnerships to the bigger moves that define what they're known for. Genuine relationships, deep investment, and a focus on the whole personal brand aren't extras here, they're the foundation.

From managing communications and scrubbing contacts to building pitch lists and keeping everything organized behind the scenes, you are the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Your work directly impacts the talent we represent and the relationships we build with brands.
This is a commission based role, structured to reward you for your contributions to the team's success. As AMO grows into 2027, we are actively planning to transition into a base salary plus commission structure for our team.
